Here you will find perhaps the answers to the most common questions people ask us. If you haven't found what you are looking for in this page, then perhaps give us a phone call and we will try our best to satisfy your curiosity.
How can I book an appointment?

For appointment requests, it is preferred that you apply via our contact form.

If you have decided which treatment you prefer, please select the appropriate program from the drop-down menu. Also don’t forget to select the time and date you wish to book your appointment. We will check our availability and reply to you as soon as possible.

Do you work on weekends and Public Holidays?

Our working hours are:

– Monday to Friday: 10:00 – 21:30

– Saturday: 11:00 – 21:00

– Sundays and some Public Holidays: Closed


I am a bit shy, should I undress completely?

“Full body massage” in some massage centers requires that the receiver disrobes completely. In our massage center this is NOT the case, therefore our clients are NEVER requested to remove their underwear. For this reason, we also provide single-use disposable underwear.

Once the treatment begins, your body will never be on full display. You will be covered (with towels or sheets) at all times and the therapist will reveal only the part of your body which he/she needs to work on. After finishing with a specific body-part, the therapist will cover it up and move to the next.

If the client wishes to avoid a specific area, he/she should inform his therapist before the session begins.

You should have in mind that in Traditional Thai massage there is no need to disrobe. For this reason we even provide loose and comfortable garments (T-shirt and special loose trousers).

What types of payment do you accept? How do I pay you?

Our guests usually pay us in cash after our service is completed. You can also pay with your credit card either online (via PayPal) or when you visit us (after the treatment).

If you wish to pay via PayPal, you should visit our Gift Certificates page and just click on the graphic at the end of the page (WILD CARD – ONLINE GIFT OPTION). Once you are redirected to our payment page on PayPal, just enter the amount you wish to pay, your credit card and personal information.

(Please note that you DON’T need to have a PayPal account in order to use this service).

When the transaction is complete, you will receive a confirmation email which you can print if you wish for further reference. Don’t forget to contact us by phone or by email in order to confirm the transaction.

What amenities do you offer with every treatment?

When you arrive we usually offer a hot cup of herbal tea (during the cold days). Additionally we offer to all our guests:

  • fresh  water (alkaline & enriched with minerals),
  • a cool aromatic towel for the face (during the hot Summer days),
  • one pair of slippers,
  • clean towels and linen,
  • special garments (for Thai massage),
  • single-use disposable underwear (if needed).
  • A W.C. with warm water is always available in order to freshen up, or even take a quick shower before (and even after the treatment).
Do I have to come for my appointment with an empty stomach?

The ideal is not to have eaten anything for at least 2 1/2 hours. This is of course not possible for most people. We therefore recommend that you should eat something light, at least one hour before your scheduled appointment.

How can I purchase a Gift Certificate? How does this work exactly?

Do you offer "Outcalls"? Can I request a therapist to visit my Hotel?

We do not operate outside our premises. For this reason, we have chosen a very convenient and easily accessible location, just 5 minutes walking distance from the Victoria train station (very near to the National Archaeological Museum).

I would like to become a "Massage Therapist". Do you offer Seminars or Workshops?

For regular guests (repeaters), do you offer discounts or promotional packages?

We offer discounts mainly with our prepaid packages. Please check out our Gift Certificate page and perhaps you’ll find something that suits your needs.

Do you offer SPA services?

Most of our services and treatments you will probably find in a well organized and modern SPA. But if you mean treatments like: wraps, body scrubs, Turkish baths, sauna, hamam, waxing or even Salon services, the answer is NO.

What exactly do will I have to bring along with me?

If you receive prescribed medication, it is highly recommended that you bring it along with you.

Nothing really else is necessary, but it really wouldn’t be a bad idea to bring along your positive attitude and your warm smile of course!

What "other" forms of services do you offer?

We strictly offer ONLY the services and treatments which are presented on this website. If you’re looking for some kind of “adventure”, PLEASE DON’T WASTE OUR TIME!
